Netflix is the largest on-demand video streaming platform worldwide, with over 200 million subscribers paying monthly for its content, many of them from Romania. Netflix tries to offer all these people recommendations for movies and series to watch on its platform, but it does not always manage to put in front of our eyes exactly what we would like to see, even if it has been trying for a very long time .
Netflix says that 80% of the movies, series, documentaries, cartoons that people see on the platform are recommended by its systems that analyze everything we watch constantly. Those at Netflix rely extremely much on this very important system that recommends the content that it seems that a lot of people choose to see, so the artificial intelligence behind it seems to be doing its job as it should.

Netflix hasn't revealed exactly how its algorithm works for recommending content to subscribers who use the platform, which is perfectly normal, after all. Even Facebook, Google, Amazon, do not reveal how the algorithms that are the basis of the services they offer work, so neither does Netflix, but even so, at least we see a small part of what happens with the way we content is recommended.
