DIGI Mobil: Official Announcement for Customers and Major Surprise

DIGI Mobile abroad

DIGI Mobil has published an important official announcement aimed at its customers from all over Romania, one that will probably please quite a few people, especially as it comes as an interesting news for us. More precisely, the people from DIGI Mobil have announced that they are bringing the Samsung GALAXY Z Fold 3 or Flip 3 phones to the network for pre-order, and any of the customers who are interested in them will also benefit from a 500 LEI discount for any of the two models .

DIGI Mobil took many people by surprise with this official announcement, and this is because until now the operator has not put much emphasis on such initiatives, but now things are changing for the better. The Samsung GALAXY Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 phones were announced this month by Samsung and it is surprising to see them so quickly on pre-order at DIGI Mobil since we are talking about phones that are expensive, well above the average of those sold normally by operator.

DIGI Mobil: Official Announcement for Customers and Major Surprise

However, DIGI Mobil revealed another and more impressive surprise, namely the fact that the division in Spain recorded a 27% increase in the number of mobile phone service subscribers, but also a 29% increase in total revenues. DIGI Mobil has in Spain no less than 2.7 million customers of mobile telephony services, most likely the vast majority Romanians, but it is interesting that this figure is only a little over 1 million subscribers lower than the one in Romania.

DIGI Mobil managed to reach more than 4 million subscribers in Romania, but in Spain it grows much faster than here, adding in the last year approximately 500.000 new subscribers for telephone services. DIGI Mobil also attracts the majority of customers there through porting, being an MNVO, that is, an operator that uses the infrastructure of another because DIGI does not have its own telecommunications infrastructure in the country, even if it has revenues of hundreds of millions of euros there.

DIGI Mobil has an incredible evolution in Spain on the mobile telephony side, growing much faster and more than in Romania, and in a few years it is possible that the subscriber base there will surpass the one here, if the pace is maintained.
