The New Warning of the Romanian Post Regarding a Phishing Campaign

The Romanian Post sends all Romanians a new, very serious warning regarding a phishing campaign that is currently in full swing, and this is because there is a danger of having your personal data stolen.

"CAREFUL!

In recent days, several customers have received fraudulent e-mails, in which they are notified that their package could not be delivered due to non-payment of a fee of 45,60 lei.

It's about a new campaign of deceptive messages claiming to come from the Romanian Post Office, but sent by hackers with the aim of convincing recipients to pay an additional fee to receive a package.

If you receive messages with such requests, do not open them and mark them as spam! Do not access any of the links in the message!

PoštaRomână communicates only through official e-mail addresses (suportclienti@posta-romana.ro, noreply@posta-romana.ro, declaranti.vamali@posta-romana.ro).

Poșta Română does not ask customers to provide personal data, confidential banking information regarding personal accounts, card numbers or PIN codes, nor to make online payments of delivery fees.‼️

Thank you!"
