WARNINGS from E.ON for MILLIONS of Customers all over Romania

WARNINGS E.ON MILLIONS Customers All Romania

E.ON, on which millions of Romanians depend for the provision of natural gas and natural energy services at the moment, has issued a series of warnings that all those who pay their monthly bills to the company must know, and this is because they are offered information on what we can pay using energy cards.

E.ON explains below the fact that using the energy cards issued by the Romanian Government, we will not be able to pay any bill in the company's agencies, but only on the Romanian Post website, or possibly at postmen who come with POS that allow payment bills using these cards that many people have received.

You can see below clear explanations provided by E.ON Romania regarding this aspect, but also a calculation regarding the partial payment of energy bills with an energy card issued by the Romanian Government, but it is very clearly stated that it is forbidden to pay for services other than energy.

E.ON Romania is trying to give Romanians as much correct information as possible regarding how payments can be made using energy cards at the current moment, and this is because there are certain normal limitations that we need to know about, all because these cards have a very well defined purpose.

You cannot pay with the energy card in E.ON stores. payments with it are made exclusively on the Romanian Post website or in its agencies. You can pay the amount of the invoice or part of it, but not a larger amount. If there are other services or products on your bill besides electricity/natural gas consumption, please pay their value using other payment channels.

For example, let's assume that your utility bill has a value of 100 lei, of which 30 lei is the monthly rate for a service of revisions/checks at the gas installation. The amount you can compensate using the energy card is the difference 100 lei - 30 lei, i.e. 70 lei.
