Minister of Health Official Decision IMPORTANT The future of the Romanian Medical System

The Minister of Health decided to implement a very important decision for the future of the medical system in Romania, and this is because he signed a new order, which was already published in the Official Gazette of Romania, approving a guide for the development of management capacity for health.

The Minister of Health signed the order that you have reproduced below, and thanks to him, the medical system in Romania can be strengthened, so that Romanians can benefit from better quality services when they go to medical facilities throughout the country, regardless of when I do this, finally.

"Considering the provisions of Council Regulation (EU) 2020/2.094 of December 14, 2020 establishing a European Union recovery instrument to support the recovery following the crisis caused by COVID-19 and Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism.

Taking into account the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 124/2021 regarding the establishment of the institutional and financial framework for the management of the European funds allocated to Romania through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, as well as for the amendment and completion of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 155/2020 regarding some measures for the development of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan necessary for Romania to access reimbursable and non-reimbursable external funds within the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 178/2022, with subsequent amendments and additions.

Also taking into account the provisions of Government Decision no. 209/2022 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 124/2021 regarding the establishment of the institutional and financial framework for the management of the European funds allocated to Romania through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, as well as for the amendment and completion of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 155/2020 regarding some measures for the development of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

Necessary for Romania to access reimbursable and non-reimbursable external funds within the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, the Minister of Health issues the following order. The Financing Guide for Reform 3 is approved. Capacity development for the management of health services and the management of human resources in health within Pillar V: Health and institutional resilience – Component 12: Health I2. The development of the public hospital infrastructure, provided for in the annex*) which is an integral part of this order.

Panduri no. 1, block P33, ground floor, sector 5, Bucharest. The general direction of project implementation and monitoring within the Ministry of Health will carry out the provisions of this order."
