If in the past the solutions of jailbreak for iOS blocked the OTA update options, over the air, for iOS, the latest programs no longer contain such security measures, so users can benefit from the software update system from the Configurations, Settings application, to quickly install the latest version of the system of operation. Although the procedure is simple and without too many headaches, unfortunately the creator TinyUmbrella tells us that it should always be avoided if we jailbreak and its warning is most likely related to the possibility of saving SHSHs through the program.
It seems that some of the users who did the OTA Update, Software Update, for iOS cannot save SHSHs from the terminals using TinyUmbrella, the procedure works for the versions that are currently signed by the Apple company. In the case of saving SHSHs for the version installed in terminals, it seems that TinyUmbrella could not retrieve the SHSHs from our devices even if we had jailbreak and AFC2 installed, so if you are in such a case and cannot save SHSH, then this could be an explanation.
Protip: If you jailbreak, you should never. Never. Never. Update your device via OTA. Just saying.

Considering this warning released again today, I can only recommend you to avoid OTA Updates, Software Updates over the air, if you jailbreak or intend to jailbreak or use TinyUmbrella, the procedure prevents you from saving SHSHs from terminals for future use.
