FaceTime 1.0 available in the new MacBook Pros

In November 2010, Apple presented the new MacBook Air for the first time at a conference and together with them presented the FaceTime application for Mac OS X. Since then and until now the application has only been available in the beta stage, but with the launch of the new MacBook Pro series, the application will exit the beta stage, version 1.0 being already installed on the new Macs. This version of the application will of course also be available for the rest of the users through an update that will be released in the following days.

If we are still on this chapter, here are some new images that have appeared on the Internet, which of course show the MacBook Pros that are about to be launched. Notice that that Thunderbolt port is placed exactly in place of the Mini Display, so it will probably have the same functionality. Tomorrow is the "big day" and Apple will probably announce the launch of the new models only through a press release.
