Today version 1.0 of the first application that tries to reproduce the functionality of Mac OSX widgets on the iPhone was launched. A dashboard that includes several pages where you can find: the calendar, the clock and a weather widget. iDashboard works both in the lock screen and from the phone menu, by configuring the double tap. Do not be afraid, the application will not remain so "poor", soon they will appear in Cydia and other widgets, themes, and the application will give you the opportunity to change the background through the Photos application on your phone.
According to its creator, the application only works on iPod/iPod Touch, but if you want you can try it on iPhone as well. You can download it from here and you can find a tutorial on how to install deb files here. Or you can install it directly from Cydia, but you must have WinterBoard installed.
