iCamCorder 1.7 update brings a whole series of novelties

With the "admission" from those at Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), ca iPhone 2G / 3G are able to record video with the help of built-in cameras, official applications that allow this have started to appear on the conveyor belt, one better than the other but all limited below the performance of the one on iPhone 3GS, for marketing reasons of course.

iCamCorder is one of these applications and although the race with the others started a little hard, with the new 1.7 update it has come a long way behind them, and has even overtaken some by increasing the filming rate, bringing the possibility to zoom or add effects of films already made.

  • The Quad-cam effect that lets you record in the four corners of the screen
  • The effect Mirror, to get the images "mirrored"
  • New "Pop-Art" effect which acts directly on colors
  • Been improved performance because the application is now much faster
  • Also improved synchronization between audio and video
  • Adding an icon that allows you to share videos on the most popular social network
  • Added a progress bar for uploading
  • Added a button that will let us know when we have activated some effect and when recording is in its original format
  • Added share on Twitter
  • Added share on the 3G network as well as WiFi
