SwirlyMessage is an iPad application (available for some time in Cydia) that allows owners to send SMS/MMS messages via the telephone network. Natively, the iPad tablet only allows connecting to the Internet using a Micro-SIM card, but with the help of SwirlyMessage you can send SMS/MMS if these functions are activated on the respective card. SwirlyMessage is the iPad version of the SwirlyMMS application, but it has been completely redone to work with the iPad tablet. Sending/receiving SMS/MMS is identical to the iPhone method, but these 2 functions must be activated by the operator on the respective card.

- Attach your current GPS location automatically to the messages you send.
- When receiving a GPS location, it can be viewed in Google Maps.
- Save your draft messages to the Drafts folder.

- User controlled resizing of sent pictures
- UserAgent emulation (pretend to be one of: SwirlyMMS iPhone, Apple iPhone, Motorola V360, Nokia N73, Nokia N95, SonyEricsson W800i, and Samsung Black Jack 2
- Separate folders for received (Inbox), sent (Sent), queued (Outbox), erased (Trash) and Draft messages
- MMS settings wizard, which allows for automatic configuration of your MMS settings.
