UPDATED: It seems that the respective price is not for free iPhone 4 but for iPhone 4 with subscription, that means you have to pay that 573€ and besides that you have to take a subscription for 18 months.
UPDATE 2: In the press release it is specified that the iPhone 4 is available for 9300 lei, i.e. 573€ including a PrePay card. So I deduce the fact that that price is for iPhone 4 without subscription, with a prepaid card. So it's cheaper. Correct me if I'm wrong.
