Battlefield Bad Company 2 was announced today by EA Games, the game will be available in the AppStore next month. The Battlefield series was and is one of the most profitable game series for EA Games, managing to sell millions of copies of the PC/Console versions and probably several hundred thousand applications in the AppStore. The versions for iOS were very well made, they were worth the money and Bad Company 2 will certainly not be an exception to the rule. Battlefield Bad Company 2 is a first person shooter in which you have to complete certain missions included in the "story" mode of the game, so practically a classic game for any platform.
Lately, all the game development companies have put more emphasis on multiplayer than they did before and Bad Company 2 will offer users to play online as well as locally using the new multiplayer version from EA. There aren't too many details about this, but I'm almost sure that Game Center will be implemented and that will of course mean that we will be able to start games anywhere at any time with friends from the Game Center list.
