TV Tube Sleep is a new tweak available in Cydia whose utility is limited to changing the effect of locking your terminal when you use the lock button. Normally, the screen of the terminal should turn off without any effect, but this tweak changes it so that it turns off like the old TVs used to do. If I'm not mistaken, this effect also exists in Android 2.3 Honeycomb.
