Yesterday I wrote an article in which I have you submitted a graph where the hardware differences between iPhone 4 and Motorola Atrix 4G were highlighted, but today I have for you a video test made by the people from Techno Buffalo. The Motorola Atrix 4G has a dual-core processor, so theoretically it should be twice as fast as an iPhone 2, of course if there are applications that use the second core. At the moment it doesn't exist and Angry Birds is a very good example in this sense because the application starts faster on the iPhone 4 than on the Motorola Atrix 4G and that says a lot about the new hardware and the way it is used.

Regarding the browser, the browsing experience is terrible, there is a pretty bad lag both when scrolling through the page and when zooming. Even flash videos don't run very well if you try to switch from normal mode to fullscreen, so that dual-core processor is not used properly, I would say. It will take a long time until developers make applications that know how to use 2 processors, and until then the noticeable differences between single and dual-core are minimal if the respective processors have the same frequency.
