Video Edit is a new application available in the AppStore for iPhone that allows users to edit videos very simply and quickly. The application comes as an alternative to iMovie with fewer functions but with an ace up its sleeve, rendering movies 10 times faster. Notice in the clip above how quickly that video clip is rendered, and the developers claim that a 10-minute movie made with Video Edit is rendered in just 52 seconds compared to the 10 minutes it would have taken with iMovie.
The application is compatible with both the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 3GS, but only on the iPhone 4 we have the rendering part in HD 720p format. Here are the features of the latest version of the application:
