Terminal for Mac OS X Lion will be compatible with multitouch gestures, it will run in full screen

Mac OS X Lion will bring a lot of news for Mac owners, but today we are talking about the Terminal application. In the new operating system the application will be able to it ran in full screen mode, which Apple did not allow until now. In addition to the new option, users will be able to adjust the background of the application to make it more or less transparent, depending on everyone's needs. For Mac OS X there are other applications that perform the same functions as Terminal, but for many the possibility of using the native application and customizing it as needed will be useful.

Full screen Terminal is made even more interesting when combined with some of the new multitouch gestures; a four fingered sideways swipe on a touchpad will smoothly slide between full screen apps and desktops.

However, the Terminal application will also be compatible with the multitouch gestures in Mac OS X and we will be able to switch from one application to another or to the desktop directly using the trackpad or magic mouse. Mac OS X Lion is going to be officially released in the summer of this year, so we don't have much to wait.
