For two days, the HBO Go application has been available in the Romanian App Store, and the people from HBO are strongly promoting it in the subway in Bucharest, and the application is on the first place in the top of the most downloaded free applications in the Romanian App Store. I haven't had time to test it yet because HBO hasn't confirmed my account, but its description sounds something like this:

HBO GO® is now available through Romtelecom, iNES and Pacris.
To use HBO GO® on mobile devices, you need at least a
3G connection. Some mobile devices may have certain restrictions.
For now, you can only stream on Romtelecom, iNES and Pacris, so if you have another ISP, you will only be able to watch the trailers of the movies now available on HBO Go. The application is free and universal, so you can install it on any iDevice.
