I told you the other day that the hacker Pod2G will release the untethered jailbreak solution for iOS 5.1 and now we already have a first iPhone that was jailbroken using it. The iPhone 4 is the first device to be untethered jailbroken on iOS 5.1 by Pod2G, the hacker bragging on Twitter about his achievement. Of course, the process is just at the beginning, it will take a few more weeks until all iDevices can be jailbroken and only with the iPad 2/iPhone 4S and iPad 3 will everything become really difficult.
As new information appears, I will let you know, but by the end of May we should be able to untethered jailbreak our iDevices.
