Sparrow is probably the best email client available on the iOS and Mac OS X platforms, and last night the version for OS X was updated and is available at a promotional price. The new version of the application brings support for the Retina Display of the new Macs and solves some performance and stability problems of the previous version. Together with this update, the developers have decided to reduce the price of the application from €7.99 to only €4.99, but of course the whole promotion is available for a limited time.
