Bulletin Pro is a tweak which to be released in the following days in Cydia, and with its help you can modify both the Notifications Center and the notification banners in iOS. To begin with, Bulletin Pro offers us the option to resize the Notifications Center, and the images in this article show all the options. In practice, you can make the notifications center thinner or shorter, but I don't think that any of the options will be really useful considering that the iPhone screen is so small that the usefulness of the system is lost when resizing.
