This evening the Apple company announced that the new iOS 6 will be officially available through iTunes only on September 19, exactly one week after this conference. The delay is as normal as possible considering that this evening the GM version would be available and it must be tested by the developers. iOS 6 will be compatible with:
- iPhone 3GS;
- iPhone 4;
- iPhone 4S;
- iPhone 5;
- iPad 2;
- iPad 3;
- iPod Touch 4G.
