Scratches on the iPhone 5 case are normal according to Phil Schiller

I told you in the last few days that many users have bought terminals iPhone 5 us and they received scratches on the side strips, or they got scratched shortly after they started using them. I told you that my terminal got scratched on the aluminum side strip and it seems that this is perfectly normal. A user upset because of this problem sent them an email to Apple vice president Phil Schiller to ask him what is the cause of these problems, and the latter replied saying that scratches are normal, any aluminum product scratches over time.

Any aluminum product may scratch or chip with use, exposing its natural silver color. That is normal.

I don't know how normal it is to receive a scratched terminal from the factory or to have one scratched on the first day of use, but it was expected that Apple would offer this answer to users. I didn't think that they would apologize or that they would replace the scratched terminals, I think that in a few months they will modify the production process to make the terminals more resistant, but in the meantime all those produced and delivered by them will be scratched in the same way.
