BannerBlocker is a tweak released during this night in Cydia, and with its help we can block all notification banners received from any applications installed in our own iDevices. Apple has included in iOS 6 a system called Do Not Disturb which basically does the same thing, but in iOS 5 you don't have a similar option. There is, of course, a tweak called Cydia Do Not Disturb which blocks any kind of push notifications without problems, and BannerBlocker does exactly the same thing, in exactly the same way, that is, you will have to activate it from the iOS Settings application when you need it.
BannerBlocker is a useful push notification blocker. This can block push notification when you are at meetings, participate in public activities or sleep at night. All you need to do is turn on the switch.
