The respective applications are only available in Foxconn's factories, they are not public in the App Store and if you discover a website that claims to distribute them, it would be better to stay away from them. Many hackers will make packages with malware and distribute them as test applications for iDevices, and when you access them on your computer you will infect your operating system.
Be very careful not to download fake jailbreak solutions or similar packages because you can very easily infect your computer and lose a lot of data very quickly.
