CommBadge is a new terminal accessory iPhone, allowing us to use the personal assistant Crab without opening the devices. CommBadge is an accessory that can be attached to any blouse or coat, the team comes with a microphone and a loudspeaker, and any command spoken by us through it goes directly to Siri who executes it. We can access any of the Siri functions, just as if we spoke them into the iPhone's microphone, and the interesting part is that we can answer phone calls without holding the phone to our ear.

CommBadge™ is a patent pending wearable Bluetooth speakerphone for iPhone and Android that attaches securely to your clothing. It uses the latest noise canceling chipset to minimize background noise. By combining proprietary directional and personalized speaker technology, CommBadge brings you crystal clear handsfree communication. It's simple to use, yet amazingly convenient!

Using CommBadge we can make/receive phone calls, write SMS/MMS/iMessage/Emails, set reminders/alarms/timers, find out what important unread messages/emails/notifications we have, and of course we can control other functions of Siri. The developers of the project say that the device is specially designed to prevent people from hearing what the phone tells us, but they must be at least 0.5m away from us, so in congested areas it is possible that even users will not hear much.

  • Place and answer calls
  • Send and receive text messages ("text-to-speech" through CommBadge)
  • Use your phone's native voice commands, such as Siri, S-Voice, or Google Now, to set calendar events and reminders, get sports news, and search for information
  • Receive an alert from the Wireless Tether feature that you left your smartphone behind
  • Be notified of incoming calls, texts, calendar and social media events with customizable vibration, sound, and LED's
  • And more, all hands-free!

CommBadge is currently available as a project of indie gogo, but it has a high chance of being financed.
