Every year Barron's organizes a study in which they try to find out which are the most respected companies in the world, then publish the results so that the whole world can find out what reputation the big companies on Earth have. For 3 consecutive years, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), occupied the first place in this top, but this year Barron's they ranked the Americans in third place, behind Walt Disney, but also the Berkshire Hathaway company, a company owned by the famous Warren Buffet, one of the richest and most influential people on the globe.
Although Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is in front of those from Google, Coca Cola, Amazon, McDonald's or IBM, this year's result denotes the fact that the managers from Cupertino did not act so well in the last year. To get the results you see in the image above, Barron's polled some of the world's most important investment fund managers, asking them how much they respect 100 of the world's most valuable companies .
