Apple will turn one of the most incredible concepts into reality (Video)

Do you remember the video clip above that appeared just a few years ago and features a iPhone capable of designing a virtual keyboard on a flat surface? If the answer is affirmative, then I inform you that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), can transform this concept in reality thanks to a new technology described in a patent that was submitted for registration at the US Patent and Trademark Office.

According to the patent, an iPhone placed on a flat surface can intercept the acoustic signals and vibrations around it in order to be controlled with its help. More precisely, the company Apple does not describe a keyboard but something much better, a tactile surface that can be divided into various regions and allows controlling a multitude of functions of an iPhone terminal with iOS.

The technology can be used to enter text in applications, to control various games or to control applications of the operating system, all without touching the screen. Interestingly, a user can print on a piece of paper the commands he sets in iOS and can use it to control the terminal much more easily, knowing exactly the delimitation of each individual region.

Although the idea itself seems extraordinary, no one knows when or if Apple will bring such a system to market.
