Apple pays tribute to Robin Williams with a dedicated page on Apple.com and a new section in the iTunes Store

  As you already know very well, during the day yesterday the famous comedian Robin Williams has passed away and the whole world rushed to honor him, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), creating a special page within his website, but also in iTunes Store. The page dedicated to him Robin Williams in the website Apple.com it only shows the image above and a short text expressing its regret over the passing away of the famous comedian.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Robin Williams. He inspired us through his passion, his generosity, and the gift of laughter. He will be greatly missed.

  Regarding the dedicated section in iTunes Store, the Apple company lists a collection of movies, TV shows and other multimedia content created by Robin Williams over the years. Moreover, the American company also published a descriptive message for the entire career of the artist whose voice was also used in an advertising spot created by Apple for the Your Verse campaign.
