iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus - 10 million units sold in 3 days according to Apple!

Keeping the tradition of the past years regarding the disclosure of sales figures, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), announced during this day that he sold 10 million iPhone 6 si 6 iPhone Plus in just 3 days, the launch weekend. The announcement comes only a week after Apple announced that 4 million units of iPhone 6 si 6 iPhone Plus were pre-ordered by its customers in just 24 hours of availability.

The figure announced today is slightly higher than the one recorded during the launch weekend iPhone 5S si iPhone 5C, then Apple selling 9 million units. The small difference is due to the fact that now China was not part of the first wave of launches for iPhone 6 si 6 iPhone Plus, the Apple company failing to receive all the necessary certifications in time to sell the terminals in this country.

iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus were available in limited quantities right from the opening of the pre-order session, the stock for the latter running out in just one hour of availability. This stock problem existed every year for the Apple company, but in spite of this, sales are increasing more and more for the products from Cupertino.

CUPERTINO, Calif. - (BUSINESS WIRE)–Apple® today announced it has sold over 10 million new iPhone® 6 and iPhone 6 Plus models, a new record, just three days after the launch on September 19. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are available in the US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore and the UK and will be available in more than 20 additional countries on September 26. The new iPhones will be available in 115 countries by the end of the year.
