Because we recently completed 5 years of existence, we thought we'd run a competition to give you the chance to win a iPod Shuffle, on your favorite color, from iDevice.ro. The contest is open to all of you who own a blog, regardless of platform or domain, and you have a few free moments to write some thoughts about iDevice.ro and how it has helped you so far.

Even if the site is dedicated to Idevices, not only their positive points are presented, but also the negative points compared to the products of other companies.
The site has nothing to do with the Apple company, everything is from the initiative of an enthusiast of this company's products, whose goal is to help other technology enthusiasts who want to choose the best products and software, to make their lives more beautiful and easier, no longer having to search dozens of sites to find reliable information.

Now, I will present to you some of my own opinions about this site, and what I think should be improved on it:
Most of those who want to choose between Samsung and Apple, choose Samsung because they have more freedom in customizing the device. Certainly a very small percentage of those who buy a smartphone or a tablet for the first time are so well informed that they can make a correct choice.
They don't know that Samsung products are more insecure. I don't know that there are not as many applications in the Play Store as in the AppStore. I don't know what that Jailbreak or Cidya is...they've heard of them, but I don't know what they are. These people are strictly based on the design and the functions that the device itself offers... they do not take into account the functions that the operating system offers.
If these people found out about the idevice.ro website, they would discover that an iPhone and an Ipad can be customized using the background images presented daily, the applications that appear in the AppStore and that allow you to customize your background, to make notes to put on the homescreen and many other things... all this information is presented on the website, you just have to know how to look for it.The most useful articles and categories are:
1. the jailbreak table;
2. the articles about the tweaks appearing in Cidya;
3. the new applications launched in the AppStore;
4. the backgrounds;
I placed them exactly in order of importance.However, as something is never perfect and man always seeks to evolve through his actions but also through his creations, I would have some proposals:
– creation of a section dedicated to tweaks on Cidya, grouped by category;
- creation of a section in which Romanian applications are presented, because we are only Romanians!
- in the contact section there should be a special field for proposing tutorials or for asking questions;
- the possibility to socialize with all those who have an account on the site (a kind of public/private chats), so that they can exchange opinions, ideas or suggestions with each other;
- creating an application for Ipad, not just for iPhone.
At the same time, I would propose that before a contest, a list of prizes be created, where those who have an account can vote. The prize with the most votes will be awarded to the winner of the contest.This is the presentation of the Idevice website... I wrote this article so that you could help those interested to have access to a source of useful and safe information, quickly and without searching.
