iOS 8 and a very annoying lock screen problem

using iOS 8 since the summer of the first beta we've had a very annoying lock screen problem, LockScreen, which I initially put down to normal beta issues. Unfortunately from iOS beta 8 1 and up to iOS 8.1.1 it was not solved in any way and I encountered it both in the old terminal iPhone 5S, as well as the new one 6 iPhone Plus, so it is not something strictly related to one terminal or another, but an operating system problem.

I'm talking about the inability to access control Center by swiping on the lock screen in certain situations, performing the bottom-up gesture having no effect on iOS, which remains completely unfazed by my efforts. Closing the screen and pressing the Lock button brings the terminal back to life and control Center can be quickly accessed using the gesture predefined by the Apple company, the problem constantly occurs when the terminal is locked.

Unfortunately I didn't find any solution for it, not even with jailbreak and neither without, so I can only declare myself defeated by iOS 8 which seems to be the worst version of iOS yet. Have you encountered this problem with your terminals?
