Jailbreak iOS 8.1 was updated this morning by the Pangu hacker team, bringing users the new version of the Cydia released last night by saurik with many improvements for users. Now the Pangu program has implemented the installation package of Cydia 1.1.16 integrated, so after jailbreaking you will have the latest version of the Cydia which will work without the problems you encountered in the past using it.
If you already did iOS 8.1 jailbreak and you installed Cydia 1.1.16 during last evening, then you will not need to use this new version of the program because the installation package can be updated through the application itself. Given that there are still some issues with the Cydia app and jailbroken terminals, then there will likely be several updates in the future, which can be done directly from the app installed in our terminals.
