iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus make iPad tablets forgotten

iPhone 6 internet usage

I told you mine 6 iPhone Plus made me forget about the iPad tablet that I sold in the meantime, and a recently published study tells us that the global trend is exactly the same, even involving the terminal iPhone 6. The company Quartz analyzed the habits of users of iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5S and iPad tablets in the world and came to the conclusion that tablets have already lost the battle with the new iPhone models. In the image above, you can see the statistics regarding internet browsing, and from the iPhone 5S to the iPhone 6 Plus, tablets have lost 25% of their usage share.

The bigger your phone is, the less you're going to use your iPad. Users with an iPhone 6 now read on their tablets 19% less during the week and 27% less over the weekend. Those with a 6 Plus are on their tablets 31% less during the week and 36% less over the weekend.

According to this study, users of iPhone 6 Plus terminals use their terminals 80% more than iPad tablets to browse the Internet, and this tells us that Apple has practically destroyed its series of tablets available in stores. The sales of tablets were in any case declining for the third fiscal quarter in a row, and by launching these terminals, the Apple company practically puts an end to the dominance of iPad tablets for surfing the Internet using iDevices. The truth is that the role of an iPad tablet disappears when you have a smartphone with a 5.5 inch screen, and the same can also be said about games or the use of other applications.
