iPad is dead! Long live the Mac!

iPad vs. Mac

Just a few years ago Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), declares that the world has entered the post-PC era and that mobile terminals are completely replacing computers in everyday life, but 2015 proves to us that things are completely different. According to the financial results for Q1 2015, sales of Macs generated more revenue than sales of iPad tablets, 5.6 billion dollars vs 5.4 billion dollars, the difference being small, but still the first in the almost 5 years of the iPad's existence.

In fact, in 2015 consumers say that the PC is more useful than a simple tablet and the constant declines in sales of iPad tablets probably suggested the same for the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, the launch of the 12-inch MacBook being a logical answer. Considering that an 11-inch MacBook Air costs almost as much as the most expensive iPad tablet, a consumer's choice is as clear as possible and not in favor of the tablet.

Tim Cook stated that in Q1 2015 MacBooks generated the majority of sales for the Apple company and looking at the purchase costs of the products, it is as clear as possible why there is a greater interest in the Mac over the iPad. If you have a choice between spending $829 for a 2GB iPad Air 4 128G tablet and $899 for an 11-inch MacBook Air with a 128GB SSD, more processing power, and a real operating system, then the choice it's logic.

Although Apple wants to enter the post-PC era, consumers say that they need useful products, and tablets cannot replace ultrabooks for important tasks, especially since not everyone just sits on Facebook and buys movies or music. In this idea, the future belongs to PCs and not to tablets with limited operating systems and poor user experience.
