No Voice Control is a tweak available from this evening in Cydia for iDevices running iOS 8, it is designed to allow us to completely disable one of the useless terminal systems, Voice Control. Apple implemented this system to allow simple voice commands to initiate FaceTime calls, play music, etc., but with the launch of Siri, they became useless.
