Orange Romania logoOrange is the most reliable mobile phone brand in Romania, or at least that's what the operator claims after the publication of the Trusted Brands 2015 study, which was carried out by Reader's Digest for multiple countries around the world, Tarsago Romania conducting it in Romania. This is the fourth year in which Orang Romania has been declared the operator with the most reliable brand in the telecom industry, a sign that most clients are very satisfied with the services offered.

Now if you are wondering what kind of categories were taken into account for awarding the title, well the evaluation criteria were: quality, excellent value, strong image, understanding of customer needs and social responsibility. The study once again confirms the power that Orange has on the Romanian market, being the largest local mobile operator, with over 10 million customers throughout the country.

Last month Orange announced the financial results for Q1 2015, with strong revenues and sustained growth, mainly in the 4G services segment, and for Q2 2015 we expect even better news from its representatives.

Orange, the most reliable mobile phone brand in Romania

Bucharest, May 7, 2015. Orange was named by Romanian consumers as the most trusted mobile phone brand, in the framework of the Trusted Brands 2015 study. This is the most important market study about the brands with the best reputation in Europe, and in our country it is carried out by Tarsago Romania, Reader's Digest license holder.

It is the fourth year that Orange has received this distinction, reconfirming the trust that consumers have in its products and services, built over the 13 years of the brand's presence in Romania. For this edition, the evaluation criteria were "quality", "excellent value", "strong image", "understanding customer needs" and "social responsibility".

The title of Trusted Brand is the result of the constant investments that Orange makes to ensure a positive experience for customers in every interaction they have: at Customer Service, in the Orange shop, Orange store or in partner stores, on the website www. orange.ro and every time they talk on the phone, use the Internet or watch TV through Orange TV. To support the ambition related to customer experience, Orange pays special attention to building a relationship of trust, based on listening to requirements and finding the right solutions.

Orange customers can enjoy voice and internet services through the 3G network with national coverage, as well as high-speed internet services through the most extensive 4G network in Romania (65% of the total population and 94% of the urban population of the country). And now Orange is carrying out sustained investments to improve the customer experience when using its services both outside and inside buildings, in cities and in the countryside, in all counties of the country, as well as to ensure the most efficient mobile internet services as 4G adoption increases.

Orange has been constantly supporting, for more than 13 years, social, cultural-educational or environmental causes. The Trusted Brands 2015 study was carried out between September and November 2014 by means of a survey applied to a representative sample of participants for Romania.
