iOS 9 "borrows" a function from Google Photos (Video)

iOS 9 photo selection gestureYesterday I talked to you about the new gesture for selecting photos in iOS 9, any person who installed the new version of the operating system having the possibility to select multiple pictures much more simply than in the past.

In the video clip below you can see exactly how the new technique works, simply pressing the button Select, Selection, and holding it down next to a picture + sliding your finger across the screen will generate a multiple selection of pictures from the photo library of our terminals.

Although some might say that we are talking about a new function implemented by the Apple company for users, in reality what we see here is nothing more than a function similar to that of Google Photos, the Google service being announced last week.

Of course, both Apple and Google develop a function of this kind months before it is implemented, so it is unlikely to talk about a copy after the presentation, but only about a "matching" of the functions before the launch.

I told you the other day what Apple stole from its competitors in iOS 9, but in the case of this function, it is difficult to say whether in a week (or two if we take into account the approval process of the Google Photos application in the App Store) Apple copied this function.
