Based on the images you see, the application will ask the users what problems they have with their iDevices and will offer them solutions if there are any, otherwise there is the option to chat with one of the Cupertino employees, or to make an appointment to leave the terminal under warranty.

The application from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it works with the help of an Apple ID and upon logging in it displays all the iDevices associated with our account, and from here on everything depends on the terminal time and the problems that the user describes, the process itself being quite simple.
Although the experience of using this new application for iOS is great, unfortunately in Romania we will not benefit from it because there is no Apple Store in our country, so you will only be able to enjoy it if you travel to a country from outside Romania.
