Apple sells a virtual reality headset

Apple Store starting this week, the first one is available for purchase virtual reality headset named View-Master, those from Cupertino choosing this model over many others currently on the market and compatible with iPhone.

You can see in the image below that we are talking about a plastic helmet in which we can mount a terminal iPhone, having special lenses that help us to correctly visualize images created especially for a device of this kind directly from the iPhone.

Headset View-Master sold by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it costs only 30 dollars via Apple Store and it is compatible with most terminal models iPhone marketed by the Apple company, more precisely all the models released from iPhone 5 until now.

As I told you above, View-Master is a very simple virtual reality headset, similar to that E-BODA Avatar which we talked about in 2014, so don't expect it to do anything other than display the images on the iPhone in a format suitable for an object of this kind.

The View-Master Virtual Reality Viewer turns your iPhone into a portal to immersive adventures in virtual reality. Experience a whole new level of realism as you explore and launch yourself through time and space into 360-degree views that completely surround you. Completely kid-friendly, the View-Master provides a safe portal to stunning locations around the world—providing an inspiring and imaginative learning experience unlike anything you've seen before.

Although some might think that the appearance of the View-Master in the Apple Store is an indication of the intentions Apple to develop its own headset for virtual reality, those from Cupertino are developing a much more complex product than the one they sell now.
