Today, Telekom Romania announced its summer offer for prepaid cards under the name GigaWeek, its customers benefiting from 1 GB of data traffic per week if they have activated one of the Extra Data M, Extra L or Extra XL internet options.
According to those from Telekom, customers who have activated one of the extra options Extra Data M, Extra L or Extra XL can activate their bonus of 1 GB of data traffic for free every week, it being valid until 23:59 of that Sunday weeks.
The activation of this 1 GB of free internet can only be done once a week, in each week of the promotion, but only as long as the customers have active one of the previously mentioned options, this being the main condition to benefit from the free offer.
Activating the bonus offered by GigaWeek is done by sending a free SMS to 888 or using the selfcare menu *100#, the data traffic that was not consumed during one week is not reported in the following week, so you cannot accumulate this bonus in different weeks .

Telekom Romania Mobile announces the GigaWeek prepaid summer offer, through which eligible customers can activate a weekly bonus of 1GB of data traffic, until August 31, 2016. The bonus is valid from the moment of its activation until Sunday of the same week, at 23:59 .
Prepaid customers who have one of the extra options Extra Data M (5.95 euro credit), Extra L (6.95 euro credit) or Extra XL (7.95 euro credit) active on their account can activate their bonus of 1 GB of data traffic for free every week, at any time between Monday, 00:01 - Sunday, 23:59.
Activating the GigaWeek bonus can only be done once a week during the promotion period. Customers can benefit from 1GB of data traffic as long as they have an active extra option on their account.
"Telekom Romania Mobile's GigaWeek offer comes as a result of the success of the GigaWeekend campaign launched last year, as well as to meet the needs of prepaid customers who want to extend the period of using the 1GB bonus during the week. GigaWeek means up to seven days of free data traffic," said Telekom Romania Mobile representatives.
The GigaWeek bonus can be activated by sending a free SMS to the number 888, with a free call to *100#, branch 5 or a free call to 1234 (by pressing the 8 key after selecting the communication language).
The benefits included in GigaWeek and remaining unconsumed at the time the bonus expires are not carried over. The GigaWeek bonus is not automatically reactivated, it may be requested by customers every week for the duration of the promotion.
Customers who have an active account extra option Extra S (4,95 euro credit) will still be able to activate the GigaWeekend bonus which gives them 1 GB of free data traffic every weekend. It is activated by sending a free SMS to the number 888, with a free call to *100#, branch 4 or a free call to 1234 (after choosing the communication language, 4 will be selected and 4 again)."
