Everything happened at a T-Mobile store in Palm Springs, Florida, where the woman showed up with an iPhone whose screen was cracked. Although she told the manager it was her birthday, he was not impressed and asked her to pay for a replacement model since the unit she was using had a cracked screen, even though the woman had insurance for it.
Upset, the celebrity left and returned the next day "armed" with an SUV, entering the store with it, injuring an employee on whom a display shelf fell.
