iPhone 8 – 50 million dollars invested in OLED implementation

American analysts estimate that Apple will spend 50 million dollars in Q1 2017 for the development process of the iPhone 8 with an OLED screen. We are talking here about the costs of manufacturing prototypes with these screens, but also those of the people who take care of the entire process, the amount being one Tuesday for many companies, not those from Apple.

Apple has to produce a lot of prototypes of the iPhone 8 before the launch, and 50 million dollars represents less than its sales of iPhone terminals in a single day. In this idea, the amount will not be felt in any way by the company, but if iPhone 8 with OLED screen will be successful, then it will be spent head on.

Of course, here we are only talking about an estimate, and the price could be higher, or maybe lower, but even so, it is clear that Apple is actively involved in the development of the iPhone 8. For now, only those from Samsung will supply OLED screens for the Apple company and the iPhone 8, and their price is certainly commensurate with the status that Samsung has now.

Apple annually invests billions of dollars in research and development, so 50 million dollars for the iPhone 8 represents "nothing at all" for such a large company. It is estimated that in Q4 2016 Apple would have earned over 70 billion dollars, so it has enough money to support the development process of whatever Tim Cook wants.
