We are talking about an extremely fast release made by the Apple company for iOS 10.3 public beta 3 compared to what happened in the past weeks for beta versions.
iOS 10.3 public beta 3 contains exactly the same changes as iOS 10.3 beta 3, i.e. improving general performance and solving some problems reported by users.
