Google is developing an application for group photo editing

Google is currently developing a social media application that will allow multiple people to edit photos at the same time. According to the information available so far, the application will only allow a small group of people to edit the same photos simultaneously, it being in a very advanced development process at the moment.

The application developed by the Google company has filters in the style of Snapchat and will allow you to apply a variety of changes to the edited photos. The functionality is similar to that of the Path application, which Google tried to buy some time ago, having been sold in 2015 to the owners of the very popular messaging application in Asia, called Kakao.

The application from Google will benefit from artificial intelligence to recognize objects and people, but will also allow the sharing of photos in special groups. It will benefit from technologies used in YouTube, Google Search, or Google Photos, so we are talking about an application with a very many innovative technologies that will probably amaze the world.

According to the information available so far, the new application from Google could be presented during Google I/O, which will take place between May 17 and 19 in the USA. The appearance of this information now could also be related to the fact that Apple announced the Clips application the other day, with different functions, but integrated artificial intelligence.

"Google has been developing a new social app that lets small groups edit photos together and then organize them for future enjoyment: think Path meets Snapchat-style filters and edits meets Google's imaging smarts."
