There is a possibility that Bixby for Samsung Galaxy S8 will be available initially in South Korea, and only then in other markets around the world, as happens with many products.
Those from Samsung have not provided a clear calendar regarding the distribution of the Samsung Galaxy S8 to customers around the world, and this means that it will most likely be done gradually. Samsung Galaxy S8 terminals should receive an alert announcing the availability of an update that activates Bixby.

The personal assistant Bixby for the Samsung Galaxy S8 wants to be a software designed to replace to a great extent the physical control of a smartphone. Of course, Romanian is not among them, but that matters less, more important being whether Bixby in Samsung Galaxy S8 is better or not, than Siri and Google Assistant.
Bixby for Samsung Galaxy S8 was developed by the people who produced the initial version of Siri for Apple's iPhone terminals. Whether they will manage to do at least as good a job for the Samsung Galaxy S8 remains to be seen, so it will be interesting to find out how well it performs.
