iPhone SE is the iPhone terminal that generates the highest degree of satisfaction among US smartphone users, according to a study done by an organization called ACSI. This polled Americans about the level of satisfaction they get from used smartphones, and the iPhone SE came out on top, slightly ahead of the competition.
Although iPhone SE occupies the first position with 87 points out of a possible 100, in second place we find Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and iPhone 7 Plus, both obtaining 86 points in the surveys. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge follow them, iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6S Plus combine with iPhone 7 to complete the first 9 positions.
In the top 10 smartphones that generate the highest degree of consumer satisfaction, we notice that Apple and Samsung dominate consumer preferences without a right of appeal. In the top 17 there is no smartphone from another manufacturer of mobile terminals, a sign that apart from Apple and Samsung, the rest do not really matter in preferences unless the price is low enough.
