iOS 11 beta 1 was released for iPhone and iPad just a few minutes ago by the Apple company, this being the first beta version offered for developers. If you have a developer profile for iOS 11 installed in your terminals, then you will be able to install iOS 11 beta 1 as well, but otherwise you will have to wait for the release of the public beta version. Apple has announced that iOS 11 will be released in public beta only at the end of June, so you will have quite a while to wait until it is officially available.
iOS 11 beta 1 must be installed only if you have already made a backup for your terminals, otherwise you risk losing data from the devices and I'm sure you don't want to go through a difficult procedure to recover them. If you have a profile of iOS 11 developer in iPhone or iPad, then you will be able to install iOS 11 right now, this cannot be done with profiles for public beta versions, where the update is not displayed.
Developer profiles used for iOS 10 will not allow installing iOS 11, a new profile specifically for iOS 11 must be downloaded.
The first beta versions of macOS High Sierra, watchOS 4 and tvOS 11 were also released.
