iPhone. The Company That Still Looks Like Sales Are GOOD

iPhone. One of Apple's partners shows that phone sales are still good, although everything could just be a big hoax.

iPhone. In recent weeks, the Apple company has gone through serious problems due to the fact that most of its partners have announced declining revenues due to poor sales of iDevices. This seriously affected the value of Apple shares on the American stock market, and now we learn that Skyworks Solutions, another traditional partner of Apple, is still not affected by the apparent declining sales.

iPhone. Although Skyworks Solutions generates half of its revenues based on contracts with Apple, it seems that for now it has not announced any decrease in revenues. The company produces chips used in radio telecommunications for the iPhone, and although other partners of Apple have announced massive decreases in revenue and profit, it seems that there is not a similar situation here.

iPhone. The Company That Still Looks Like Sales Are GOOD

iPhone. Skyworks Solutions announced before other Apple partners what they expect in terms of receipts for the next few weeks, so it is possible that they have omitted to announce problems, or that they are not yet aware of them. Skyworks Solutions announced the fiscal forecasts on November 8, and Apple would have notified its partners about cutting orders on November 6/7, so it is possible that the data has not been analyzed yet.

While Skyworks' forecast fell short of estimates last month, the miss did not match the reductions from peers. The company cited weakness in China in addition to unit declines in premium smartphones. The midpoint of Skyworks' sales forecast trailed the average analyst estimate by about 6 percent. We don't know exactly when Apple made the cuts. We suspect it might have been around Nov. 6 or 7. That may not have gotten into Skyworks' forecast.

iPhone. Even if including this partner will have big problems due to the reduction of orders from Apple, many will now try to present the situation in the best possible light. The reality is, however, that iPhone sales have started to decline, and this can be seen only from the simple increase in promotion for them, something that Apple is also forced to do now.
