Google Maps. The year 2019 brings a new feature for Google's maps application that users have started to report, it being a continuation of something launched in 2018 by the company. Specifically, Google Maps now has a new section for messages called Message, giving users the opportunity to see what kind of conversations they have started with the various businesses that are listed in Google's map platform.
Google Maps. As early as 2018, we learned that Google wants to allow people to interact with businesses on its platform by sending messages, the option to do so being integrated for everyone since then. Now all those who sent messages to various businesses through Google Maps have the option to see what messages they sent, but also what responses they received from the businesses that bothered to look at what they received.

Google Maps. The button that allows accessing the message section of the application is placed above the one that allows sharing the location whenever we want to do so, so access is extremely simple to it. If you have not sent any message to any business on the Google Maps platform, then you will see a message like the one in the image above, but otherwise, all messages should be listed the same as in any other application.
Google Maps. This is the first online map platform that includes a social media function like this, most others only display information about locations and businesses, but nothing more. Until now, this new section has only been activated for the Google Maps application for the Android platform, but it will most likely arrive in the not-too-distant future, including the Apple iOS platform.
