GODMOTHER. ALERT, ASTEROID COMING SPEED TO Earth TODAY

NASA. A new alert was issued by the American space agency today regarding an asteroid heading towards Earth at a very high speed, and many people were scared by what was announced. NASA announced last night that an asteroid called 2019 RX2(NEO) will pass at high speed very close to Earth today, but the good part is that it will not cause any destruction even if it hits the planet.

NASA. According to the researchers, if this asteroid were to enter the Earth's atmosphere, it would be completely disintegrated because it is small, so it would not withstand its passage. However, this asteroid comes with a speed of 12.000 miles per hour towards the Earth, according to the calculations made by NASA, it having a diameter of about 14 meters, so too small to actually reach the surface of the Earth and create serious problems.

NASA. The problem with these asteroids is that although they disintegrate in the atmosphere, they can sometimes explode quite close to Earth and scare the world as they are destroyed overhead. This has happened several times over the years with asteroids that NASA did not consider to be dangerous, but which ended up being filmed by people as they disintegrate in the Earth's atmosphere.

"NASA has detected an asteroid that will approach Earth on Wednesday. Based on the asteroid's size, it will most likely blow up in midair if it breaches Earth's atmosphere. The approaching asteroid has been identified by NASA's Center for Near-Earth Object Studies (CNEOS) as 2 RX2019. According to the agency's database, this asteroid is currently traveling at a speed of nearly 12.000 miles per hour.”

NASA. The last asteroid that exploded in the atmosphere was over 20 meters high, and exploded over Russia, generating a blast equivalent to 500 kilotons of explosive TNT, that is, 33 times more powerful than the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima. That asteroid generated damage including on the Earth's surface, although the vast majority of the explosion was absorbed in the atmosphere, and that is why NASA considers these asteroids to be dangerous.

NASA. According to the researchers, this asteroid will pass by the Earth somewhere during 18:00, Romanian time, so you might be able to observe it if you watch the sky carefully.
